	And that is as far as I got in the before it was time to go to OSP.
	Spraying laquer in the wee hours of the morning left me loopy.
	
	The white & blue base is just the top of a 55-gal plastic barrel,
	which is not really stiff enough on its own. 
	In later years 
		I shortened it, 
		added an internal plywood disk (from NASA!)
		added three stout footies
		added an external carbon fiber hoop under the lip
