I am a postdoctoral researcher in the
College of Computing at Georgia
Tech. Currently I am working under the supervision of Prof. Nick Feamster. I obtained my Ph.D. in computer
science from University of Oregon on 2010 and my BS in electrical
engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
My research interests lie in the areas of computer networking and distributed
systems. My research focus in Georgia Tech is on understanding
and further improving access network performance. I am part of
the Bismark project
that develops platforms for performing measurements
of ISP performance, as well as traffic inside the home.
Throughout my PhD, my focus was on P2P systems and multimedia streaming.
