Pasquini Livia 90 Warranty

Here, modulo any typographical errors I may make in transcribing it, is the complete text of the warranty card I received with my Livia 90.


Pasquini Espresso Warranty

Pasquini Espresso equipment must meet rigid factor specifications and standards. Utilizing only the finest materials and superior workmanship in the manufacturing of our equipment, Pasquini takes pride in offering our customer warranty.

Pasquini Espresso equipment is warranted against all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one [1] full year from the date of purchase. Within this period of time, Pasquini Espresso will, at no charge, repair or replace necesssary parts and labor unless otherwise specified.

[1] Damage to the equipment or it's parts parts arising out of abuse, misuse, negligence or causes beyond the control of Pasquini Espresso are not covered under this warranty. In addition, Pasquini Espresso Company may terminate this warranty in the event the equipment is modified, damaged, altered or serviced by personnel other than those employed by Pasquini Espresso Company or it's authorized service representatives, or if parts, accessories or components not authorized by Pasquini Espresso Company are fitted to the equipment.

[2] Damage due to calcium deposit is not covered under this warranty.

[3] Plastic components are not covered under this warranty unless otherwise specified upon inspection by Pasquini Espresso Company.

[4] Glass components are not covered under this warranty.

[5] Unless otherwise specified, shipping charges [to and from] are the sole responsibility of the customer.


The misspelling of "its" in clause [1] are as given in the warranty. Other typographical errors are likely to be mine. While I have attempted to transcribe the warranty document completely and accurately, I cannot be responsible for inadvertent typographical errors. Corrections are welcome by email.
