    (day 1, started after 6pm) 
    Cutting full sized 3_8" (9mm) Baltic birch plywood
    That is not a toy laser (in my limited experience anyway)
    Getting a late start, it is after work,  bought materials, 
    reworked drawings...

    The Baltic birch plywood comes in 5-foot squares, 
    quarter it into 30-inch squares to fit in the laser
    this precludes nesting parts to get two full balls.
